A program that offers a chance for youth and children to connect with real life agricultural experiences designed to ultimately nurture their interest in climate change adaptation/mitigation, agriculture and awaken their interest and develop their knowledge of agriculture.Youth farmers are a new generation of agricultural professionals who use modern technology and innovative business models, while farm children are young people involved in agriculture, often in unpaid roles.Farm based activities are rapidly becoming one of the most effective ways to combine fun, education, and nature for young learners. In today’s screen-heavy lifestyle, children need meaningful ways to connect with the world around them. What better way to do that than through immersive farm-based activities that encourage exploration, movement, and learning?

- Gardening and Planting Seeds head of the group:
Ms. Everlyne. Showing and letting kids get their hands dirty is one of the most effective
hands-on activities with nature. In this farm-based activity, children learn to plant seeds,
water them, and watch them grow over time.learning through farming for kids instills patience
and responsibility while teaching them about the life cycle of plants and the importance of
agriculture. it’s a perfect example of experiential learning on farms

Mr. Bareto Farm their second farm Mr. Eric and Ms Evelyn engaging children in farming activities
can be an enriching experience, fostering a deep connection to nature and the food we eat.
Allowing youngsters to get their hands dirty while sowing different type of seeds not only

that sustains us. Encouraging children to participate in farming activities is a beautiful way to

At Pawteng Borderline youth grouphas allowed children as one of the most beloved farm-based
activities is kids interacting with farm animals. At Mr Bareto farm Children are feeding chickens,
these encounters teach empathy, compassion, and responsibility. Mr. Eric and Ms Evelyn; These
children’s farm experiences are not just adorable—they’re deeply educational. Kids learn where
food comes from, how animals live, and the roles they play in farming systems. It’s a wonderful
way to introduce agro-education for young learner
